A few practical points about registering for this event.
Registration and places
- The programme is free. Registration is required so we can plan seating and prasadam.
- Places are limited by the venue. If the hall is full, your registration is placed on the waitlist and we contact you if a place opens.
- Up to 6 people can be registered at once, including yourself. Please register larger groups separately.
Programme
- All programme timings are indicative and may change.
- The organisers may change the programme or the arrangements if circumstances require it.
At the venue
- Please follow the instructions of the venue staff and the event volunteers.
- Photography and filming may take place during the programme and images may be used in SGS Benelux communications.
- You remain responsible for your own belongings and for children in your care.
Car pooling
- The car-pooling WhatsApp community is facilitated by the organisers, not organised by them.
- Rides are arranged directly between participants. Taking part is at your own responsibility and the organisers accept no liability for any arrangement, travel, cost or damage arising from it.
Messages we send
- After registering you receive a confirmation, reminders before the event and a link to cancel your place. These are part of your registration.
- We send them by email and, where we have a number, by WhatsApp; if WhatsApp cannot deliver, we may send an SMS instead.
- WhatsApp replies reach the organising team and are answered by volunteers. It is not a monitored helpline, so please allow some time for a reply.
Cancelling
- If you can no longer attend, please cancel using the link in your confirmation email so a waitlisted devotee can take your place.
